PostfixDeref: translation using map construct does not work with push, etc

Using map to translate the postfix subscripts does not work with push,
pop, shift, unshift, splice, and other built-ins that modify the
parameter as the map is using a copy.

Perhaps the translation of

$foo->$*

should be

${ $foo }

instead of the current

(map $$_, $foo)[0]

Define-or isn't always correctly picked up

I just tried babble against Dist::Zilla, and while it generally worked (good work on that!) I noticed it failed to translate one expression in lib/Dist/Zilla.pm: ($self->VERSION // '(undef)').

Package syntax: versions and blocks

Support for:

• package NAME VERSION syntax (5.012)
• package block syntax (5.014)

I'll try to implement plugins for these if I get enough tuits. One potential
thing to note is that it might be easiest to implement these in an
order-specific manner (block syntax before the version syntax).

Feature request: plugin to upgrade from prototype syntax to prototype attribute

Convert from sub NAME(PROTO) to sub NAME :prototype(PROTO).

SubstituteAndReturn: contextual and chained substitute

The plugin does not currently support substitution with the r flag

1. that uses $_, e.g.,

map { s/foo/bar/r } @list

which does not change the input

2. and chained substitution, e.g.,

$foo =~ s/foo/bar/gr =~ s/(bar)+/baz/gr

which gives

(map { (my $__B_001 = $_) =~ s/foo/bar/g; $__B_001 } $foo)[0] =~ s/(bar)+/baz/gr
