ubuntu 16.04 下没法保存

shadowsocks_chromeapp 不工作

在windows 7 64bit 的环境下安装了nodejs 和 coffeescript, 编译app后，添加到chrome成功。启动app，填入各项参数。但是不能工作，没有作用。

加密方式是 rc4-md5。访问whatismyip.com 提示ip为真实地址，代理没有起到作用。

Most of my service providers switched to salsa20.
I hope ss-chromeapp can support salsa20, so that I can continue to use it.

I found a pure JavaScript implementation of salsa20 here.

Will it be hard to integrate this cipher? I am willing to help.

/lib Directory is not there

when I try to load the extension in chrome, an error pops out saying "Could not load background script 'lib/logging.js'."
then I noticed in the manifest.json file there are scripts start with "/lib" directory, but lib directory is not there in the root directory, there is one inside views but it doesn't contain the same js files specifies under "scripts" inside the manifest.js file,
then I checked the .gitignore file, and there was it, /lib/ is inside git ignore, how to run it without these scripts?

use travis-ci to create a nightly build

not sure if this could be useful. travis ci can upload compiled zip so people can skip the compilation themselves.
I could try to make a working .travis.yml

本人不懂js，源码里“METHOD = null”是不是表示不需要加密方式，还是说这里需要自己添加。但是ss账号不都是需要选择加密方式的么？

在chromebook上试用了udp转发，代理设置后打开谷歌似乎并没有QUIC的效果，
请问这个功能的具体使用场景在哪里？

I notice that this Shadowsocks Client (as Chrome Extension) has been stopped developed for over 1 year. Sincerely encourage you to take a look on it again and see if it can be re-developed now or not. Being able to deploy Shadowsocks is a big convenience for users. It also fully utilize the advantage of Shadowsocks, which is the rare one fully support Javascript client (needed for Chrome extension).

Chrome OS 43版本上工作不正常

之前在Chrome OS 41和42版本上配合Proxy Switchysharp使用非常顺利，
今天把三星ARM Chromebook升级到Chrome OS 43版本之后发现Shadowsocks App存在问题：

刚开始可以使用socks代理正常，但在任务管理器里可以看到CPU占用接近100%，
Shadowsocks内存占用也一直在不断升高，多刷几次Gmail之后Shadowsocks就不起作用了，
浏览器一直在连接但打不开。

Migrate from CoffeeScript to standard ECMAScript 6. A lot of new features available in ES6, on the other hand, it helps JavaScript programmer (but non-CofeeScript programmer) to contribute.

If it seems okay, I can submit a pull request to keep JavaScript(/lib) code but remove CoffeeScript (/src). The second stage, I propose, is to use asynchronous promise to gain speed boosts.
