Alias minifed sources

The Bower spec mentions:

Do not include minified files.

… whereas JSDelivr mentions:

Note If you are adding a project for the first time please add only the minified version

Since google-cdn uses a package's main property, most resources aren't being replaced.

Is there a straight forward way to replace resources' with their minified variants?

Call jsDelivr API during run-time instead of build-time

Hi,

There's a small API available for jsDelivr. Example: http://api.jsdelivr.com/v1/jsdelivr/libraries . See also documentation.

Maybe it would be wise to use that instead of having to maintain your own JSON declaration?

github URL is wrong in package.json

The repository.url field in package.json is invalid, this is causing my npm install to hang and eventually fail with the following error:

Please update version in NPM

Was made a update in semver version by @passy in d014a2a and made a Release 1.0.0 but until update in the NPM.
In there still version 0.1.1 NPM website.

And that are causing

please update 'semver' to latest version

as it it considered unsafe.
