Face detection is not a good idea.

Hi, as far as I'm concerned:
Although the face detector can get the face roi to make more sure that the things detected are really eyes, if the face detector missed the face, the eye detector would not catch the eye, for example, some part of one's face is covered.
Apart from that, the fps is slowed down.
Actually, you can set line 28 as len(centers) == 2 to avoid mistake in some degree,
