Philosopher's Stone - 2 Machines Needed?

Current solution for Philosopher's Stone -> Philosopher's Furnace using Custom Farming needs 2 machines. One to create the Philosopher's Stone. A second to use the Philosopher's Stone for converting Minerals to gold.

The ideal method would be to create a philosopher's stone in the crafting menu by combining one of each geode type. Then that could be used as the base item for the furnace.

If not, a first furnace needs to create the stone (alchemy station?), giving it a product ID to then be used in the furnace.

Restructure Readme

Rearrange readme to reflect the structure of the JsonAssets Mod

Potions - all themes

Ideally, a cauldron could be used to create all potions. The obvious downside is they can only have a max of 2 ingredients. The alternative would be to use a cauldron to give plants/herbs "magical properties" and use those in cooking recipes. The obvious advantage would be that it can take advantage of the upcoming Json Assests mod, and they could each have special buffs.

Digimon Fruits

Add Digimon items:

• Miracle Fruit
• Mysterious Fruit
• Goddess Fruit
