Initial setup

- Install Node.js
  - In your terminal
      git clone git://github.com/ry/node.git
      cd node
      ./configure
      make
      sudo make install

- Install clifs
  - In your terminal
      git clone git://github.com/shakhan/clifs
      cd clifs
      node server.js
  - In your web browser
      - Visit http://localhost:3000
