一个通过exoplayer2进行离线下载的示例

学习exoplayer2最新版本的离线下载功能时写的一个demo.

基本就是比照exoplayer2的官方示例重写了一遍.

去掉了原来的DownloadTracker类, 所以没有对action进行下载完成后的跟踪处理.

Download TYPE_OTHER

In case when source video is not HLS, Ss or Dash for example an mp4 file video is just being played and download manager is not download. there is no cache. how to stream and download regular files concurrently?
