Implement venues for cities

Right now the tour consists of traveling through cities. Further expand on this by creating venues for each city, assigning random venues for each of the city stops, and include background/icon images for each venue.

Implement musician powers

Each musician should have a single-use power available. First two might be a timer-increase (30 sec) and a removal of 2-3 wrong choices from the question.
Need to add powers to DB, to model object carrying musicians, and represent used/unused power in the UI.

Implement submission timer

Answering questions should be on something like a 30-sec (configurable) timer. Add progress bar for time in the UI.

Update cockroachdb version to specific version

App doesn't work with "latest" version of CockroachDB, so let's update the version to be a more specific one, to the time app was developed.

Implement new power

In addition to the basic two musician powers proposed, one new power can be "question replacement", where a substitute question is inserted in place of an existing one.
