docs on speed/correctness tradeoff

It might be worth stressing that this library guesses whether the byte stream is utf-8 or not at speed, so it sacrifices accuracy for speed. This means that it's good for bat, but wouldn't be good for something where you need the correct answer.

C/C++ version for this library

I am not very good with Rust programming language. Can you please provide C/C++ version of this library or just provide a simple pseudo code for this?

Release improvements - wrong "Latest release" on github + kind request for a .deb package

1.)
I discovered that right now there are 4 releases for this lib (the latest being v0.24) but the "Latest release" on github is still shown as v0.22 for me. See /releases.

2.)
Could you add a *.deb to the releases as you've done for your other tools?
That'd make installation with provisioning tools (ansible, chef, ... etc) a breeze.

I'm looking to provision content_inspector to my systems and use it with the --preview flag of fzf to speed up checking for binary files.
