Add context awareness

Don't add tab-completion for invalid objects. When tab-completing operations that can only operate on directories, do not include nodes.

Only autocomplete immediate children.

Currently, we recursively retrieve all descendents of the current node when implementing autocompletion. We should instead only provide completions up to the next slash. This may require understanding the completion framework more fully.

eg:

ls /te<TAB> ---> [test_dir_1/, test_dir_2/, testnode]
ls /test_dir_1/<TAB> --> [/test_dir_1/node, /test_dir_1/sub_dir/]

Use ruby/python/go

The etcdctl CLI is limited in what information it can return, and may prove difficult to use to implement more advanced support. Rewrite the current functionality using ruby/python/go. Ruby would be easiest (since I am a ruby guy), but would make the result less portable, since some folks do not have ruby installed.

Support "peers" option

If a user passes --peers to etcdctl, we should pass that along to the ruby code so that we can support non-local etcdctl completion.

Add proper option support

Currently, this won't work if the user is passing any options, because it relies specifically on the position of the words. Fix this. While you're at it, add autocomplete for the options.
