This is a bootstrap quirk.

When a .list-group is the only child of .panel-collapse, the .list-group has redundant outer borders.

Check support for CSS flexbox in the most common browsers and add vendor prefixes where they're needed.

Missing colspan attributes

colspan attributes are not being set for td elements. Unsure whether th elements are also affected.

Navbar form

Think about eliminating the filename display field (shown in the footer since 3ecb018) and moving the "Open file", "Browse samples", and "×" (i.e., reset) to a navbar-form.

Relative dates

Use health_data_lume.xsl's global parameter timestamp to calculate relative dates.

Analytics?

It'd be nice to gather statistics with Google analytics. Ideally that would also involve:

• User opt-out for privacy
• IP anonymization (ditto)
• SSL
• Enhanced link attribution to learn about use patterns, but only if it can be limited to links that aren't generated by XSLT.*

* Don't just avoid leaking health data, build a hedge around any potential possibility.

Empty style attributes

style attribute is being added to table, thead, tbody, tr, th, and td in cases where it has no content.

Correct help balloon for Sample Records

Feature is no longer under construction.

Icon on separate line from address

Some long address elements do not display on the same line with the icon in the preceding span.use_type.

For examples, see several CDA header items in PracticeFusion Samples/MaryGrant-ClinicalSummary.xml from chb/sample_ccdas.

Hidden help balloon blocks navbar

After help balloons are displayed and toggled off, the bootstrap popover div for the output area help balloon blocks the left part of the navbar, including most of the link that activates the 'About' dropdown.

Misleading icon: Participants aren't always people

Example

In an observation for an allergic reaction, the allergen might be listed as a participant with @typeCode="CSM" (i.e., Consumable)

Options

1. Find an icon more generic than fa-group.
2. Dynamically set the icon for Participant(s) based on @typeCode.
