环境搭建

与飞桨2.0.0rc0版本校验，cpu或gpu版皆可。

python -m pip install paddlepaddle_gpu==2.0.0rc0 -f https://paddlepaddle.org.cn/whl/stable.html
pip install numpy -i https://mirror.baidu.com/pypi/simple
