Map editor source code

i'm interesting to port this code if possible in DOS and other retro platforms, but i want to know if do you still have the source code of the map editor to give me a idea how to make maps and probably rewrite to make a new tool.

I really don't care if you code is ugly, the UI/UX is bad, or runs only on Linux (i have a dedicated Linux box anyway).

Unsafe loading of assets

Invalid file names in sprites.txt, textures.txt, and sounds.txt are not handled cleanly by the engine and can even cause segfaults.

Game can crash when music ends

Sometimes the game crashes when the music reaches the end of its stream.

Aside from a bug in BSDL or SDL_mixer itself, it may be that the dead.mid asset is corrupt.

printf() calls do nothing in error handling cases

This apparently has to do partly with the fact that SDL intercepts, processes, and redirects standard output in a number of vague ways. Needs fixing, anyhow.
