Hourly ETo must be possible

HourEntry class must support Hourly ETo calculations. I believe soil heat flux (G)

Currently only daily ETo is possible.

Importing of dataframe must be made possible

Bulk upload is currently not possible. working with data frames must be made easy. Perhaps Station.import()?

Tall reference crop must be introduced

Crop class must improve to properly support "tall" reference crop. Currently it assumes "short" crop, as discussed by FAO-56

StationDay() class must be renamed to StationEntry() instead.
