a sample pLaTeX skeleton to make hyperref and Kanji(in UTF-8) get together.

Software versions:

Package: hyperref 2011/11/21 v6.82l Hypertext links for LaTeX
Package: graphicx 1999/02/16 v1.0f Enhanced LaTeX Graphics (DPC,SPQR)

Tested with:

  TeXlive 2011 based pTeX (via e-pTeX) and dvipdfmx

      This is dvipdfmx-20110311 by the DVIPDFMx project team,
      an extended version of dvipdfm-0.13.2c developed by Mark A. Wicks.


Note:
    might be ok with autoencoding=true but have not tested extensively.
