Doubt regarding " Ancient Foreign Communications"

Can you please tell me that when you got the unicode symbols what was your algorithm to convert it into the normal text using pigpen cipher and t9. In the write up i was not able to understand that part.

Can you please explain a liitle bit more about "Artisinal Handcrafted HTTP 3" that how are you proceeding.Is the code (the GET and Post ) is directly copied paste to the terminal after connecting to the service?
