Add an engine to analyse the Tiles blocks in exist map and make them into usable and convenient sets for MOD use (or just to say make the App to manage the MOD by itself)

add in a form with function to edit map visually (I call it visual MAP editor) with following functions:

• [1 ] able to edit one layer transfered from Hex editor
• [2 ] able to edit the full room transfered from the list form
• [3 ] able to add a full room by once transfered from the list form
• [4 ] able to edit the camera control visually
• [5 ] able to save a full room after editing

Add function to read, show and change levels' names.
