[feat] poetry setup

I can make a PR with poetry dependencies setup if you'd like

[enhancement] create metaclasses for types that lead to recursive import

Currently we do the following:

self.keyboard.set_repeat_info(100, 300) # My preferred rate.

We should expose this setting over IPC and then loop over each device and run that function.
Or we can provide atomic control - You get to set a unique repeat rate for each device
