Filter shippify order by zones

Description

Add interface and functionality so, at the moment of creating an order in the Prestashop platform, the shippify order is created only if it's located on one of the specified zone ids.

These should be added in the configuration page.

• Fix bulk to pass orders from regular orders to shippify orders.
• Fix reference id for order reference.

It does not read Warehouse ID

Hi, I tried to configure the module in Prestashop 1.7.6.5. and when I enter the ID of my warehouse, it says that the warehouse does not exist. I created a second warehouse to try again and it still does not work. It can be nice if you can solve that beacause the plugin does not work without it.

Bug: Sorting by Shippify Status

When sorting the table by the Shippify Status field, the integration becomes unusable because of this message appearing:

Bad SQL query
Unknown column 'a.shippify_status' in 'order clause'

Figure out the way to pass Regular Orders to Shippify orders

When you do the checkout with an immediate payment type (credit card) it goes straight from the regular orders to Shippify orders. We need to handle this, so it first goes to the regular order (like a draft) then it only goes to the shippify orders list, when you dispatch them manually one by one, or by the bulk action.

Not working with Prestashop 1.7

Is it compatible with Prestashop 1.7? If not, will be soon?
