The library always uses config.test.json as a configuration fallback incorrectly.

The library always uses config.test.json as a configuration fallback incorrectly. This is incorrect, instead the user of this library should be able to decide how to load the configuration information independently of how it is consumed by the library.

Worker should be able to delete a message even in the case of error.

Some worker tasks are non-repeatable. At present when a message is processed and the callback fails the message is not deleted from the bus. This can result in a system re-processing the same message, this is not always a desirable scenario especially if the worker communicates this message like a relay onto other workers.

Add support for mocks during testing.

A message object can be posted to a topic. During testing the use of the postTo function requires a bespoke environment setup. It would be nice if the postTo function can be mocked to return normally, and to return with an error if required during testing.
