Weekly MySQL News should be removed or replace

The last issue of Weekly MySQL News was on 1/15/16 - it can be found here: https://us6.campaign-archive.com/?u=009fd87839a759e30570956a2&id=61b6bd7d29

I think that either the link should be removed, or it could be replaced with the Vivid Cortex newsletter. In the last issue the creators state that the content will be moving over to Vivid Cortex. It seems that Vivid Cortex does not focus solely on MySQL. I've signed up for the newsletter to check it out. If it seems good, I'll create a PR to add it to the list.

Move list to README.md

This is the ONLY awesome project with the list somewhere other than README.md

The URL of "Percona Replication Manager" is wrong ?

Current URL of "Percona Replication Manager" is https://github.com/percona/percona-pacemaker-agents/.

But it seams should be https://github.com/percona/replication-manager.

Add dbForge Studio for MySQL to "GUI"

dbForge Studio for MySQL - a universal GUI tool for MySQL and MariaDB database development, management, and administration.

Connectors section needs to be checked.

• Looks like Connector/J and DBD::mysql are missing.
• http://www.libattachsql.org/ seems to be a dead. (the web page, don't know about the project)
• There is an official Connector/Node.js connector. Should we list both connectors?
• Should we add libmysqlclient? (or Connector/C as https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/ calls it)
• MariaDB also has a Connector/C...
• https://sourceforge.net/projects/mysql-python/ links to github and there the README states that it is a legacy version. We should consider removing it in favor of Connector/J

openark kit - a set of utilities that solve everyday maintenance tasks, which may be complicated or time consuming to do by hand, written in Python.

it looks like openark kit is a not maintained project. Google Code shutdown many years ago.

Am I wrong?
