Option to save current layout as a blueprint

This option could save the positions and size of all windows currently visible.

This could be useful when:

1. A layout randomization event is expected soon and the layout application is temporary. So it's likely the same windows will be present.
2. As a base for further manual customization.

Support DPI aware blueprints in monitorMatch

Layouts can be designed to work across DPIs, so we let's allow multiple DPIs in monitorMatch.

Ideas:

1. Regex
2. Array of DPIs
3. JS code that returns true/false

Window blueprint verification flag

Since we already have a schema defined, a command line flag can be added to verify window blueprints' validity. We should check if Json.NET's schema license could cause problems.

Add LICENSE

Identify a good license to use here. MIT is ideal, but we depend on other libraries that might not be compatible:

• MoreLINQ (Apache License 2.0)
• jint (BSD 2-Clause "Simplified" License)
• TTLib (Should this be moved to a separate repo? What is the proper license?)

MoreLINQ can probably be refactored out. NodeJS uses an interesting technique https://github.com/nodejs/node/blob/master/LICENSE.

Support centering windows in work area instead of screen

Some centered windows are overlapped by the taskbar otherwise. Maybe use an enum for centerWindow (as null, screen, workArea)?
