Nice plugin! The original jquery one had a setting where you could specify a margin (top,bot) (say 300px) that if reached would load the image, even though the image was not in the viewport yet.

doesn't work for absolutely positioned elements

position().top returns 0 if your element has "position:absolute."

solution:

change line 143 from

return self.$element.position().top;

to

return self.$element.offset().top;

Offset not position

I think you mean to use offset() rather than position() otherwise it won't work if the lazy loaded elements aren't children of the body!

Working Example of Anything and Not Just Images

The example you have here below is for images which is already widely used in LazyLoad.

Can you provide an example of any HTML element using LazyLoad? For example to LazyLoad a DIV with the class "lazy_me"?

Not loading until scrolled

My lazy elements are not loading when they are in viewport (initially), but when I scroll, they appear.
Also, dynamic loaded (using .prepend) content is never lazy loaded :(
Is there any fix for that?
