DS3 - Scrapper - Error throws when emphasis in parameter description

First error occurance was DzScriptedRenderer at DzScriptedRenderer::riAreaLightSource()

The parameter description for params has emphasis tag which threw off GetParamsInfo() in common/ds3:GetDetailedInfo() since emphasis was meant for parameter names. As a result, the description actually updates paramName instead of paramDesc, leaving paramDesc as None.

paramDesc.strip() causes error.

Potentially GetReturnsInfo() and GetAttentionInfo() has the same issue.

DS3 - Scrapper - Handle unicodes.

\u21d0 = left double arrow = ⇐

The output string is UTF-8, this character violates that resulting in a UnicodeEncodeError:
'charmap' codec can't encode character '\u21d0' in position 1145: character maps to <undefined>

why

DS3 - Scrapper - Weird parameter - Number seconds[,...]

At the "Date" object, a function called setSeconds has weird parameter - "Number seconds[,...]"
Which results in this in the final output - setSeconds(seconds[, ...])

Just remove [,...] if its found.

JavaScript - DS3 - Rest Parameter in middle of args

For class Function, the constructor that was outputted was constructor(p1, p2, ..., pn, body) {};

TypeScript compiler doesn't like this but Intellisense accepts the format and technically works. Could be improved.

DS3 - Scrapper - Function @returns does not wrap {} around return type.

Example:
@returns Boolean true if the node was made the new primary selection, otherwise false. is what is currently outputted.

Should be:
@returns {Boolean} true if the node was made the new primary selection, otherwise false.

Seems to only be for DS3.

[Enhancement] parse the sdk docs/code

I saw "Find a way to capture all of the hidden functions not listed in DAZ version 3 and version 4 documentation. " on the main page and I think alot of the hidden functions are in the sdk docs.
