Question about the _get_compat function

Recently, I am studying AES Fault Attack, I am confused about this function although I have already read the given paper in readme.

What does this function mean?

Thanks.

Update pip version of phoenixAES

Hello

Would it be possible to update the phoenixAES version available through pip, please? The current version dates back to 2021 and is for example lacking commit b8eb576 ("Display correct intermediate key candidates").

Thank you

_absorb() issue

In _absorb(), candidates[index] is overwritten by new_candidates, even if this new_candidates was empty. The result is that collected outputs only get compared in "consecutive pairs", and not all outputs are compared against each other. A better way to process candidates is by replacing

candidates[index]=new_candidates
with the following:

if new_candidates != []:
    candidates[index]=new_candidates
else:
    candidates[index] += Cands

What do you think? Maybe I missed something?

If Sbox is modified, what show I do?

I meet a white aes which changes it's sbox to some value, I change the sbox and invsbox in phoenixAES, but it still doesn't work.
So, is there any other code should I modify?
