It is a build script for runu which is failing, it's hard to say what exactly is wrong. Setting GOARCH/GOOS is redundant there by the way.
You can add more flags to go invocation to trace all calls to external utilities, and then reproduce the issue yourself and debug it further.

thank you for your quick response! I added the GOARCH, since the runu Makefile doesn't handle it correctly.
Could you maybe tell me, which parameters I could add to the go build?
