Adding Logger & Its Future Scope

Add winston logger with following features:

• Log File Rotation with custom time period via config/env variable (consider backup, maxAge, etc.)
• Log File Name via config/env variable
• Log Format (both JSON/TEXT) via config/env variable

Also, allow stdout to both console and file

Documentation

• Documentation using Docsify
• Work on versioning
• Documentation should have following things:
  • Working with existing service
  • Setup & Installation Guide
  • Architecture Information
  • Mobile Integration
  • Writing your own service (Circle CI, Gitlab, Bitbucket, GCP, AWS, etc.)
