Ordering of accounts in menu

When there a multiple accounts in the nav bar, selecting a new account gives a funky ordering in the menu.

Dropdown menu in send requires selection to input address.

Describe the bug
The 'Send Message' input is a select. When typing an address and focus is lost the text disappears.

Expected behavior
The address should stay (similar to gmail)

I still haven't been able to take a withdrawal from my account. Very frustrating

[Parity] Main account order incorrect.

Describe the bug
When selecting an account from a list of multiple, the ordering of accounts is incorrect.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select Parity as your web3 provider (make sure to have multiple accounts).
2. Click the account identicon in the top right.
3. Select a different main account.
4. See error

Expected behavior
Main account should be the first item in the list.
