Mobile device allignement issue

Similar to #10, mobile issue, tested on iPad.

Template broken with long forum name

Navbar layout breaking on 10 inches tablets

I have noticed that when you have like 5 links when look at the flarum forum on an 10 inch tablets(which you can try with the chrome tool), the logged in details are push 1 line down(the layout breaks).

We have an error since the last update of your extension when i try to create a new link :

Links in reverse order in mobile menu

On desktop, links are ordered left to right (Link 1, Link 2, Link 3). On some mobile browsers, like iOS Safari and Safari for Mac in mobile resolution, the links are ordered from bottom to top.

i.e.
