Add ID to all created gates

Create an ID for each of the newly created div elements representing gates which the user has created.

Create a drag and drop menu

Replace the current menu, which creates a gate at a predefined location in the canvas once the appropriate menu option is clicked on, with a drag and drop menu where the user would drag from the menu and place a new gate on the canvas.

Allow input toggling while in activated mode

Currently inputs can only be toggled while inactive (i.e. the run button hasn't been pressed). It would be nice to be able to toggle the inputs while in active mode (i.e. while the circuit is running) and have the output dynamically change.

Stop selection after dragging element

I think it would be better a gate wasn't selected after dragging it. Selection should only occur if explicitly clicked on.

Create an installer

Create an install to allow users to install the app so that they can run it without needing to use the command line.

Freeze inputs when in active state

When in an active state (i.e. when clicking on the "Run!" button) we should prevent the addition of new gates and the modification of any conenctions as this interferes with the running of the circuit.

Add logging

It would probably be good if some logging was produced while running the application for troubleshooting and debugging problems. This way I don't have to add console.log statements to debug.

Allow zooming

As title.

Allow zooming using mouse scroll wheel

#13 implements zooming using buttons where as this issue tracks the ability to zoom using the mouse wheel.

Allow infinite draggable canvas

It would be nice to be able to drag the canvas around. This could be useful for a multitude of reasons.

Allow switching of inputs

Currently the input gates (labelled 1 and 0) cannot be easily switched out. It would be better to allow toggling between 1 and 0.
