Welcome to PCommerce, the XCoders Coding Club's E-Commerce platform. PCommerce is designed to provide a straightforward and user-friendly experience for club members to access and purchase club merchandise. This README.md file serves as a guide to help you understand the platform, set it up, and contribute to its development.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS.

Comfortable with Git and GitHub.

Ensure you have installed XAMPP. If not, download it here. Download

Familiarity with PHP basics. If you have no experience with PHP, don't worry, you'll learn through this project.

Installation

Follow these steps to install the repository on your local system:

Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/SimantaRajSarma/PCommerce.git

Navigate to the project directory:

cd PCommerce

Place files in XAMPP's htdocs directory:

Move or copy the entire project folder into the htdocs directory within your XAMPP installation folder.

Start XAMPP:

Start the XAMPP control panel and ensure that the Apache server is running.

Access PCommerce:

Open your web browser and go to http://localhost/PCommerce.

Now, you're ready to explore and contribute to PCommerce. Happy coding!

Contributing

XCoders Coding Club welcomes contributions from all members. To contribute to PCommerce, follow these steps:

Fork the repository on GitHub.

Create a new branch for your feature or bug fix.

Make your changes and commit them with descriptive commit messages.

Push your changes to your fork and submit a pull request.

After you've successfully added a feature or solved an issue.. Go to the contributers.md file and follow the instructions to add your name in the contributers list.
