Cannot send an empty message

I've been trying to filter some RSS feeds using SiftRSS and it seems that any feeds that go through them end up with an error message.

If I use the original feed, the messages/posts do come through and post fine to Discord. That suggests a Sift problem, however, it does appear that the feed is valid.

Example feed - via SiftRSS and broken. Filtering Xbox posts to only posts with "Xbox Game Pass" in them.
Example feed #2 - same feed, not via SiftRSS. This works fine, but obviously posts everything.

I'm assuming it's something to do with the way the feed is handled via sed and tr with a tricky character, but I'm not sure how to narrow it down like you've done with LWN and xkcd. Even a nudge in the right direction would be awesome.

Absolutely zero rush obviously. I'll keep poking it with sticks in the meantime.

"Fedora Planet"

Noticed the new news-fedora channel with a webhook/bot named Fedora Planet while the posts in it come from different sources.

Fedora Planet is an open community blog aggregation feed where anyone can register their personal blog and it often contains non-english stuff. Both of these are good reasons to avoid following it.

I would recommend to rename the webhook to not be misleading to something neutral, and have source of the post in the author embed field, example:
