Error when deployed to Azure

Hi!

First, thanks so much for the blog posts/repos about hosting dotnet core apps in Azure functions, really interesting prototypes! I was able to clone your repo and it works great locally, however I am running into an issue when I deploy and run it as a real azure function. I enabled detailed dotnet core errors on the app and I am seeing the following error:

InvalidOperationException: Application is running inside IIS process but is not configured to use IIS server.

Just curious, is this something you ever ran into during your experimenting? If not, probably yet another change to the azure functions runtime may have broken it!
