Add visitor checklist

When visitors are checking it, it would be beneficial to confirm the visitor has not been to any virus hotspots recently.

Statistics endpoint doesn't aggregate results properly

The statistics endpoint just adds all values together but doesn't report the number of days that it is aggregating across. This makes the measurement rather meaningless if the database is constantly being cleared on a rolling 4-week basis.

Needs account confirmation and forgotten password functionality

Issue aligns with #15 from CovidVaultDash.

Account endpoint is incomplete

The account endpoint does not permit details related to conditions of entry prompts to be added. They must currently be added manually to the database in order to work correctly.
