Subsonic does not play m4a files or flac on Raspian Stretch 9.9

I have just installed subsonic on on my raspberry pi (Raspian Stretch 9.9).

Everything seems to work, except files with *.m4a or *.flac extention are not playing.

Clarify Licensing

Please clarify the licensing of this repository and for the Subsonic project going forward. It has been stated in the past that Subsonic is released under the GPL, but no explicit LICENSE file is provided within the repository.

If this project will not be receiving new code that is released in the Subsonic commercial product, please also provide documentation showing that the other contributors besides Sindre Mehus have released their contribution for this commercial licensing. Proceeding otherwise may be a GPL violation.

Consider changing license back to open source compatible

Hello, first of all -- Big fan of the app, use it daily and have premium license.

However I'm a bit saddened to see this project go stale.
Perhaps it would be possible to keep the Premium option, while keeping subsonic open source?

Unable to save currently playing queue as a playlist

When clicking 'save as playlist' in the player, get a javascript error 'onSavePlaylist is not defined'.

Java 11 incompatibility.

With the new rise of Debian 10 and with its default installation of Java 11 comes a whole range of problems.

One of which being that Subsonic completely refuses to start because of some issue with the ability to create databases. If you have Debian 10 and try to go to the default webpage of Subsonic, it just comes up with service unavailable: error 503.

So as of right now, and as some website have alreday stated: Dont update your servers to Debian 10 if you are running Subsonsic or just dont update to the new java at all!

As an user with a license and around 9 users who really do enjoy Subsonic, I really hope this issue will be looked at and hopefully fixed soon.

To recreate this issue, grab the latest Debain ISO, install it, and install/try to load the default Subsonic welcome page.
