Final minified app.css contains between some file conjunctions a special character ZWNBSP.

• find out why (optional)
• check: replace ZWNBSP with zero string in minified css

Display error, if no page_container is found

Drop a friendly error on the console, when there is no page_container found to put a page inside.

configuration for mount point on local webserver

Option to set/configure the local mount point for the live webserver.

E.g. default is ´/´, but if you would like to simulate a sub path like on the prod deployment like mydomain.com/myapp you can define a mount point /myapp to run locally with the same behaviour on localhost:port/myapp instead of localhost:port/
