The cache dir should be unique per site

If I install this plugin in a multisite install, it uses the same cache dir for all the sites. If two sites happen to use the same set of CSS and/or JS files (which will happen if one is a prod site and one a dev copy of that site), then bwp-minify ends up using the same cached files for both sites, causing breakage. I tried coming up with a solution myself, but I failed :(
