Install Command failed

If I use the command from the README:

echo -n sjorek/php/composer{1,22,23}-php{72,73,74,80,81} | xargs -n1 -d' ' -I'{}' brew install {} --with-bash-completion

I receive the following error:

xargs: illegal option -- d usage: xargs [-0opt] [-E eofstr] [-I replstr [-R replacements] [-S replsize]] [-J replstr] [-L number] [-n number [-x]] [-P maxprocs] [-s size] [utility [argument ...]]
