Plugin should be more robustly aware of i18next features

Currently the plugin will break if it encounters arrays.

There is an i18next JSON specification that can be followed and specifically tested for.

Functions should be properly documented

The plugin internals features a number of utility functions, the purpose of which are not immediately clear. They should be properly documented using JSDoc to allow for maintainability

Import style should use ES format

Currently the only working import method uses CJS require.

It should also work with ES imports, i.e. import plugin from "plugin"

Plugin and package name should be the same

For some eldritch reason, the package is called "i18next-webpack-locale-sync" whilst the plugin is i18nextLocaleSync

Find the heathen that did this and bring me their hide.

(Or just change the name of the exported class).

JSON formatting should be preserved

Currently, the plugin strips the destination JSON of its existing formatting, removing spaces and line breaks. This is a pain when combined with code formatters like Prettier, as it means the affected files are constantly included in commits even if no change has occurred, and it makes diffs hard to read.

The plugin should preserve the original formatting. Preferably it should be aware of any editorconfig or prettierrc files and should implement them over a default format, if possible.
