url common filter

We should filter directories, and url-encode path before sending redirect.

per-upstream queue

Now we use a unified task queue, which will be easily blocked if there're too many requests to large files. We should make one queue per upstream.

symbolic link support

Like https://mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor/packages/${uri} , where we need to redirect to https://mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn/bioconductor/${uri}

See sjtug/mirror-requests#318. Maybe we need to reverse proxy this url.

major refactor plan

There's been a while since we touched the codebase. I believe there's a need to refactor the codebase and solve some of the current problems.

My plan for refactoring:

• General code cleanup and better documentation (#61)
• Migrate from rocket to actix-web (rocket is a one-person project, and it has a history of stalled development) (#62)
• Add unit tests to ensure the functional correctness of new code

Merged for now. Let's see if the new implementation is correct.

• Redo task queueing so it won't block incoming requests and by the way, solves #24
