example not working

I was just searching for a way to write my letters using asciidoc, when I found your transformation. Sadly I can't get it to work to produce the results you have? Do I need to use a special version of the tools? I'm using your example asciidoc file.

While it works on debian, the PDF doesn't look at all like a letter.

I always get the following error:
