Log-In Page
When accessing the site, the user should have to log in first using just their name. There are many TODOs across the site that should automatically be populated with the user's login info by default. A new component called Login should be created and the site should always redirect the user there if no user is stored in the local storage. The login information should be stored in the local storage until the end of the day.
