Toolbar menus unusable in dark mode

Issue

In dark mode, if you open any of the toolbar menus ("Check", "Reveal", etc.), the menu comes up
underneath the main puzzle area. It's only partially visible, and can't receive clicks.

It seems like a z-index issue, and indeed setting z-index: 1 on the toolbar (.pz-game-toolbar)
elevates the menus above the main puzzle area as desired.

However, running

in the console does not reveal any differences between light and dark mode, when a menu is open.

Caps Lock to switch to pencil

As an alternative to double-tapping the Shift key, make Caps Lock a way to switch to pencil mode.

Both ways can be supported, and configurable via the config menu.

Keyboard shortcut to pause the timer

It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut to pause/unpause the timer.
