Trouble with vagrant/ansible

I'm trying to get this set-up and working on my machine, but I'm having some trouble.

I've cloned the repo using git clone --recursive [email protected]:limeblast/call-to-action.git (which currently is exactly the same as yours), cd into the directory and run vagrant up. It managed to get so far, but once it starts to set-up puma (I think) it fails with the following:

Ansible failed to complete successfully. Any error output should be
visible above. Please fix these errors and try again.

I have vagrant (1.7.2) and ansible (1.9.1) both installed.
