Incompatibility Problem with KeeFox PlugIn

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. KeePass 2.10
2. .NET 3.5
3. Windows 7 Ultimate x64
4. KPEnhancedListview 0.9.0.2
5. KeeFox 0.7 Beta

What is the expected output? 
KeePass starts and loads all Plugins.

What do you see instead?

how do I create template?

Create new Key entry and select Templates tab
only shows Set Template Parent

What do I do now?
