Bounding rectangles drawn on adptively thresholded image instead of smoothed image - SegmentLine.java

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run cammie tan card(5mp, 615 kb) through PreprocessAsync.java

Bounding rectangles should be drawn on smoothed image and cropped out.
