Reorganize the code as Wordpress plugin structure requires. See phpcs for WP as initial point.

Force to create debug files

When assets exist no more chance to create debug files otherwise to clear assets. Debug files should be created despite already exist assets or not.

Add option for enable/disable WP's emojie

Enable/disable Wordpress emojie stuff: /wp-includes/js/wp-emoji-release.min.js?ver=4.9.5

Aggregate inline styles/scripts

Consider ability to aggregate inline styles and scripts.

Commands:

Load text domain only for admin class. On the frontend there is no any message to translate.
