URL with `&` in query string only passes the first arg

Test case

On Windows 10 via PowerShell.

await open('https://www.google.com/search?sclient=gws-wiz&q=deno_open', { url: true })

Expected

Opens browser with URL https://www.google.com/search?sclient=gws-wiz&q=deno_open

Actual

Opens browser with URL https://www.google.com/search?sclient=gws-wiz

Hide console output

I'm using deno-open in scripts and I don't like the output that is generated in the index.ts:

console.log("Running command");
console.log(command, ...cliArguments);

Can this lib provide a flag for silent mode or can this be removed altogether?

Argument of type 'string | URL' is not assignable to parameter of type 'string'

import { open } from 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SkoshRG/deno-open/master/index.ts';

will result in

error: TS2345 [ERROR]: Argument of type 'string | URL' is not assignable to parameter of type 'string'.
  Type 'URL' is not assignable to type 'string'.

on MacOS

https://deno.land/x/open returns 404

Doesn't work (on Mac?)

Hello,
I'm on a mac with Deno 1.17.1 and this is my Code:
import { open } from 'https://deno.land/x/open/index.ts';
await open("https://google.com/")

and if i execute deno run --allow-all mod.ts nothing happens.

I don't know if you are aware that if you don't add at least one tag (like e.g. v0.0.1) the module will soon be deleted from Deno's registry.
