Support to check if a png has animation
Hi,
I'm develpping a ImageViewer with Qt.
https://github.com/kanryu/quickviewer
I'm currently trying to support animated PNG and I'm thinking of using your library.
But in your current implementation all pngs will appear as animationable, which will adversely affect the performance of my application.
So it is nice to implement a function that returns whether the png image passed as *device certainly supports animation.
