OAuth2 Vendored Library should be installed via composer

The oauth2-server-php library should be a vendored library using composer.json instead of being committed directly to the project. Please see this silex demo for an example of how to use composer, or go to http://getcomposer.org

What's the status of this project? Doesn't seem like it's been finished.

README should use built-in PHP server

We should have instructions on how to run this using the PHP 5.4 built-in PHP server, i.e.

$ git clone https://github.com/qsoomro/cakephp-oauth2-demo.git
$ cd cakephp-oauth2-demo/app/webroot/
$ php -S localhost:9000

This will make the application available at http://localhost:9000 in your browser without any additional configuration

Second DB-connection for oAuth?

Hey,

I saw that you create a second database-connection for OAuth. I know they do it too at this url: http://bshaffer.github.io/oauth2-server-php-docs/cookbook/

How can we make this cleaner? I think this is not right...
